Decorative Concrete: Scoring

Staining | Stamping | Scoring

Decorative ConcreteScoring can be used for both decorative effects and for the necessary work of being the control joints in the concrete surface. Decorative effects only need to be a quarter inch deep. Control joints need to be about a fourth of the depth of the slab.

Scoring is most often used to achieve the effects of a tiled floor or used to give the appearance of large after market inserted or constructed slabs. You can also use scoring to simply separate two different colors or stain or to separate two different styles of patterns.

No matter what you are using the score lines for, Austin Green Services is here to work with you to get the design you desire.
